    Product overview

    DW15 Universal Circuit Breaker is a mechanical switching device, which is mainly used for power distribution of AC 50Hz and 380V distribution networks, and provides overload, undervoltage and short-circuit protection for lines and equipment. Its 630A shell frame supports drawer structure, which is suitable for motor protection and network scenes with large short-circuit current.

    The circuit breaker adopts a three-dimensional layout structure, the contact system, the arc extinguishing system and the operating mechanism are placed in different positions of the iron frame, and the separation design of the main body and the drawer seat supports push-pull operation. The product is equipped with shunt release and undervoltage release, and the current is monitored by fast saturation current transformer, which has current limiting characteristics and can suppress the peak value of short-circuit current. The series models cover the shell frame grade of 200A to 4000A, and the installation should meet the requirements of inclination not exceeding 5 degrees and specific temperature and humidity environment.


    Conditions of use

    1.The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃.

    2.The average ambient air temperature for 24h shall not exceed +35℃.

    3.The lower limit of ambient air temperature is not lower than -5℃

    4.The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m.

    5.The relative humidity of the atmosphere shall not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is +40℃; It can have higher relative humidity at lower temperature; The monthly average maximum relative temperature in the wettest month is 90%. At the same time, the monthly average minimum temperature of this month is +25℃. Considering the condensation on the product surface due to temperature change.

    8.Installation conditions Circuit breakers shall be installed in complete sets or indoors separately according to the instructions provided, and the inclination from the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees.

    9.Rated working voltage: circuit breakers with rated working voltage of 1140V are used for installation category III, circuit breakers with rated working voltage of 660V and below are used for installation category IV, and the installation categories of auxiliary circuits are all used for installation category III except undervoltage release coil and primary coil of power transformer.


    Design feature

    DW15 universal circuit breaker is in the form of three-dimensional arrangement, and the contact system, fast electromagnet and left and right side panels are all installed on an insulating board. The upper part is equipped with an arc extinguishing system, and the operating mechanism can be installed right in front or on the right side. There are "off" and "on" instructions and manual disconnect buttons. A shunt trip is installed at the upper left, and an undervoltage trip connected with the trip half shaft is installed at the back. The fast saturated current transformer or current-voltage converter is sleeved on the bus. Undervoltage delay device, thermal relay or semiconductor release can all be installed below.
